NOTICE REGARDING COMMERCIAL & INDUSTRIAL

CSA Group, a Government Agency, launched a series of litigations, ongoing for thirteen years now, to stop the publication of Commercial & Industrial. CSA publishes a competitor book, by their own admission based on Commercial & Industrial. That our book exists, and at accessible pricing, is an impediment to them. CSA wants high prices for their profits and no options for you but to pay; they want a monopoly.

Through their many injunctions, CSA was able to suppress the current edition of Commercial & Industrial for the most lucrative months of the Code cycle. Because development costs on Commercial & Industrial are high, we cannot afford to publish with only half a Code cycle to recoup investment. The 26th Code Edition of Commercial & Industrial is therefore cancelled.

That said, CSA’s options for unethical conduct are nearly exhausted. CSA used taxpayer money to baselessly assail us all the way to the Supreme Court in two countries but, for all that, we’re still standing. We won in court, they cannot impede us any longer. Going forward, and now without dramatic legal expenses, we are positioned for growth, new products, and the rejuvenation of our existing product line - including Commercial & Industrial.

Commercial & Industrial will be back for the 27th Code with the insight you expect at the pricing you need.
